MySQL Web administration (phpMyAdmin) is available at: http://mysqladmin.sineris.com
Sql Server Web Administration for Sql 2000/2005 is available at: http://sqladmin.sineris.com
The statistics service is available at stats.yourdomain.com.
All of these above control panels require you to log in with user name and password. However, the hosting control panel (available at cp.yourdomain.com) has direct links to the MySQL Administration and Statistics Service, so logging into the hosting control panel gives you access to these services.

- Client Side Support
Issues involving Mail configuration, FTP Access, Control Panel usage, Hardware problem and anything else on your side are handled by our Bangladesh office. Please contact our office via Email or Phone for quick resolution to your problem. Phone support is available during business hours. Our local support staff will work with you to resolve the problem immediately.
- Server Side Support
If you find your email server is not responding, website is not working, web mail access is not available or some part of your website is not functioning, use our direct support Email to report this issue to our Server Administration team in USA. The address is: server-support@alphanc.com. Please remember that after hour service is available for server side support, which means your problem will be resolved even in the middle of a night.
